• Weekly offering for 8/11 at Smorgasburg

  Welcome the official blog of Alchemy Creamery.  Because some people asked for it, and it's great to have on record, a weekly menu will be posted here for our offerings at Smorgasburg.  This will go beyond our twitter feed (which is mostly great photos) to an in depth description of what The Alcreamists are working on.  I will share my thoughts, stories and successes and encourage you to do the same along the way.  So let's get down to it.  

  In celebration of the 25th anniversary of Shark Week we created a Great White Lemonade ice cream that will be topped with blood red strawberry pureè.  We think it's going to be a lot of fun to toss some watermelon Pop Rocks on there as well.  "Why?" one may ask.  They kind of remind me of shark teeth.  

  We are also going to offer a very delicate yumberry white peony tea and plum sliver ice cream called Flowers in Winter.

  Our classic Fixation, Dark Chocolate Chai, will of course be offered, as it has been every week.  Always a great combination to that is our Jealousy Strawberry ice cream topped with a dark chocolate balsamic sauce. 

  Lastly, get lost in Bermuda Triangle.  It's our pina colada ice cream topped with a pineapple pureè.  

  We will be offering our magic wands which are vegan cake pops wrapped in our non-dairy ice cream.  This week we will offer them in a few choices.  We have a banana cinnamon or red velvet cake core wrapped in both Fixation (Dark Chocolate Chai) and Jealousy (Strawberry) ice creams.  Quantities will be limited. 

  Know that I ate 12 oz of our leftover Lonesome Rocky Road ice cream while I wrote this.  I do it all for you.
